My name is Katherine but many call me Kat. I am originally from the small town of Warrenton, North Carolina, but I've been in the Black Hills of South Dakota for 28 years. I spent the last 25 years raising my (now adult) children and helping my husband run his physical therapy practice. While I'm active in a local 80's rock band, I also love to spend my "empty nest" time with other creative activities. Lately I've reacquainted myself with my piano and revisited classical favorites. Now it's time to revisit the pen and paper, with my mini-Golden Doodle and sweet and faithful sidekick, Bo!
